Stan had me take a bunch of pictures of him to use for his upcoming book. We chose the ten best photos...and then we ran out of decision making brain cells, so can we use yours?

#6 for sure I'm guessing it's a book on native plants or other gardening book. I love the flora book, giant pinecone, and framed prints in the background. he also has a kinder gentler expression without too much smile. My next pick would be #10. Very scholarly compared to all the rest.
I like #5, with the minor exception of the orange that looks like a bump on his head. The blue shirt looks great with his eyes.

Wow, I don't know if we're going to be much help. It looks like everybody has totally different ideas about which photo would be best! As for my two cents, I like #6. I think it has a touch of 'business' (sitting at a desk), but also a little bit of whimsy (he's smiling). Best of both worlds!

I really feel that number 7 is the most sophisticated choice. He LOOKS like a great author in number 7...intelligent, studious, and handsome. Number 7 says to me, "You WANT to read a book that I wrote, so read it!" I read ALL the time, and this is the picture that I think is the most appropriate as an author's photo...call me crazy if you want, but I really, truly believe it's the best! =^) Hope this helps!
