Celery Salad

I needed a salad for dinner and also needed to use up some celery while it was still fresh and lovely, so I mixed some different recipes from the internet together and came up with this.

Celery Salad

2 cups chopped celery
2 small to medium under ripe pears (bartlett are good), diced
1/3 cup dried cranberries
2-4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Mix and eat :)

Hey thanks for revealing yourself :)

I was having one of "those days" of general discouragment and your comments picked me up and made my day..so thank you!

I love your camping pictures...especially the marshmellow in the hair one! So funny! I'm sure it's a moment your daughter will never want to forget.

Your daughter looks adorable with her short hair. I just let my youngest daughter cut her hair to her shoulders this year (at the hairdresser). It was hard to let go of her long hair but now we both love it! I love that it's so easy to comb and it's finally all one length.

Thanks Alyssa!

I'm so glad I picked the right day to come out from beneath the blog stalking shadows, Christine. :)
